Privacy policy

Messenger App stores shop/page identifiers, WhatsApp phone numbers, message text, and staff accounts so a company can answer customers in one inbox. We do not sell that data. Each workspace only sees its own threads.

Message data is removed when a workspace is deleted or when a customer deletion request is processed. Official Meta and WhatsApp APIs are the only message sources.
